Your SSAS application

Below you find our initial SSAS application form to apply for a SSAS pension online. This outlines all the information we will need from you in order to establish your SSAS pension scheme. Please provide as much information as you can but if there is something you do not have to hand this can be provided at a later date. Once we receive your application it will be reviewed by one of our SSAS advisors who will then touch base with you to confirm receipt of your application and discuss the next steps.
